2027 VIP RESERVATIONS

PRE-RESERVATION NOW OPEN, THROUGH MAY 15TH

From now, through May 15th, you can pre-reserve the same event you attended in 2026 OR one of our new events - Burnaby #2 at the Delta Burnaby in April or Whistler at the Westin Whistler.

We understand how much time and effort goes into crafting a competition schedule that complements your training program, and want to give you first-access to the same event in 2027.

To confirm your spot, please email dance@evolvedancecompetition.com with your estimated number of entries.

  • 2027 Reservations can include an increase of an additional 10% of your total 2026 entries.

  • All Reservations are limited to one event, per studio, in the 2027 season. Studios wishing to add a second event, can do so, starting August 1st, space permitting.

  • Reservations fees are as follows:

    • 2-9 entries: $100

    • 10-29 entries: $200

    • 30-49 entries: $400

    • 50-79 entries: $600

    • 80-99 entries: $800

    • 100-149 entries: $1000

    • 150-199 entries: $1500

    • 200-249 entries: $2000

    • 250-299 entries: $2500

    • 300+ entries: $3000

VIP RESERVATION DAY - MAY 20TH *One Day Only*

Looking to choose another location on our 2027 Tour? VIP Reservations for returning studios will open for one-day-only, on May 20th at 8AM Pacific/9AM Mountain via DANCEBUG. On this date, you can choose any available Evolve event. All reservations are first-come, first serve, until fully reserved.

REGULAR REGISTRATION OPENS - MAY 25TH

Remaining space will be opened to new studios for reservations on May 25TH at 8AM Pacific/9AM Mountain via DANCEBUG.

SECOND EVENT REGISTRATION OPENS - AUGUST 1ST

Studios looking to attend a second Evolve event in the 2027 season, can reserve space, if available, starting August 1st at 8AM Pacific/9AM Mountain via DANCEBUG.

EARLY BIRD DEADLINE - NOVEMBER 1ST

Save on your entry fees when both registration and payment in full are received by November 1st.

REGULAR REGISTRATION DEADLINE - DECEMBER 15TH

Deadline to register and submit payment for the regular entry fees. After this date, all registrations will be subject to late fee rates and availability.

A full, raised stage set-up and the production value you’ve come to expect from Evolve is coming to the Westin Whistler in 2027! Soloists must be registered in a group. Additional solo-only space may be released, if available as of October 1st.

Dates & Locations subject to change.

Evolve Dance Competition:

  • reserves the right to cancel or postpone any competition due to weather, number of entries, force majeure or any other circumstance deemed necessary.

  • reserves the right to add/remove competition days. Banff & Whistler events will be held for a maximum of 4 days.

  • reserves the right to move the competition location due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • reserves the right to use 2 adjudicators if there are less than 3 full days of competition.
