TROUBLESHOOTING

If the Live Stream Player displays an error message click on the direct link. An error message happens most commonly when viewers are trying to watch on mobile devices, especially on iPhones. The direct link will always work across all devices.

If the Live Stream has no sound check that the speaker in the player control does not have a slash over it. Depending on the browser or device you are using, the live stream player may be muted by default.
