Admission is free for all dancers, teachers, studio directors, and choreographers. Please sign-in with the Merchandise table upon arrival.

Download the Dance Bug app to view the schedule, livestream, and also download your photos and videos after the competition (included for FREE with your registration in the Provincial DanceDown).

The venue will open for dancers and teachers at 12:00PM on Monday and 9:30AM on Tuesday.
For audience members, the theatre doors will open 15 minutes before the start of each session.

Teachers - please check-in at the Evolve table in the lobby upon arrival.
Dancers - please check-in at the Evolve table in the lobby upon arrival.
Audience members are advised to make their way to their seats early. Evolve Dance Competition may run ahead of schedule. Tickets are required and can be purchased on site.

There is a Loading dock located on the backside of the River Rock Theatre. Please connect with theatre or Evolve staff for access. Props can be brought in before the first session of the day, and during session breaks only.

Check in with our backstage team 5 numbers before your Performance.
Check in with our backstage team at the noted time on your schedule for the Awards Presentation. Dancers must enter the stage, from the backstage area.

Livestream will be available for friends and family to watch your performance. Check out evolveTV on the Evolve Dance Competition website or the Dance Bug App to watch!
Please note, photos and videos are not permitted during performance. Free professional photos and videos by Dance Bug are included for every dancer.

All awards will be presented at the time listed in the event schedule.
Dancers are encouraged to dress up for awards presentations, where possible. (If preparing for another routine, costume and team jacket can be worn on stage for awards presentations).
