EVENT OVERVIEW
Event Dates: Monday June 9th & Tuesday June 10th
Event Location: Myer Horowitz Theatre, 8900 114 St NW, Edmonton, AB
Parking: Paid parking available on site.
Arrival: Doors open 9:00AM on Monday and 7:00AM on Tuesday.

Teacher and Dancer Admission
Admission is free for all dancers, teachers, studio directors, and choreographers. Please sign-in with the Merchandise table upon arrival. Dancers and teachers will be admitted into the audience, space permitting.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Download the Dance Bug app to view the schedule, livestream, and also download your photos and videos after the competition (included for FREE with your registration at Evolve).
ARRIVING AT THE VENUE
The venue will open for dancers and teachers at 9:00AM on Monday and 7:00AM on Tuesday.
For audience members, the theatre doors will open 15 minutes before the start of each session.
INSIDE THE VENUE
Teachers - please check-in at the Evolve table in the lobby upon arrival.
Dancers - please check-in at the Evolve table in the lobby upon arrival.
Audience members are advised to make their way to their seats early. Evolve Dance Competition may run ahead of schedule. Tickets are required and can be purchased on site.
PROPS
UPDATE - Myer Horowitz Theatre stage lift is not working. Props must be brought in through the lobby elevator to the stage level.
BACKSTAGE
Check in with our backstage team 5 numbers before your Performance.
Check in with our backstage team at the noted time on your schedule for the Awards Presentation. Dancers must enter the stage, from the backstage area.
PERFORMANCE
Livestream will be available for friends and family to watch your performance. Check out evolveTV on the Evolve Dance Competition website or the Dance Bug App to watch!
Please note, photos and videos are not permitted during performance. Free professional photos and videos by Dance Bug are included for every dancer.
AWARDS
All awards will be presented at the time listed in the event schedule.
Dancers are encouraged to dress up for awards presentations, where possible. (If preparing for another routine, costume and team jacket can be worn on stage for awards presentations).
